Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and Flurzi Cinema (“Flurzi”, “we”, “us”) for your use of our website, streaming service, Reels, subscriptions, tournaments and related features. By creating an account or using Flurzi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

2. The streaming licence

Flurzi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to stream available content for private, non-commercial viewing in supported territories. Content, languages, quality and availability can vary by title, device, plan and territory. A catalogue listing or trailer does not promise that a full title is available.

3. Memberships, billing and cancellation

Plan price, billing period, screens, advertising and material restrictions are shown before purchase. Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes payment. You authorise recurring charges, applicable taxes and reasonable retry attempts. If payment fails, access may enter a limited grace period and then be suspended.

You may cancel through Account Settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already charged are not refundable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or statutory-guarantee rights in your country.

4. Advertising

Free and selected paid plans may include advertisements during films or Reels at the frequency disclosed for that plan. Advertising frequency can change prospectively, but we will disclose a material paid-plan change before it applies at renewal.

5. Tournaments and rewards

Only eligible, server-validated watch activity counts. Automated viewing, replay loops, background farming, shared-account schemes, device farms and manipulation are prohibited. Rankings are provisional until fraud and eligibility review. We may reduce, exclude, reverse or hold activity and rewards where evidence reasonably indicates abuse.

Each promotion may have additional official rules covering territory, age, dates, prizes, taxes, verification and entry method. Those rules control if they conflict with this section. No purchase is required where prohibited by law, and a subscription does not improve the quality of a valid entry. Rewards have no guaranteed cash value unless official rules expressly say otherwise.

6. Reels, watch parties and community conduct

Interactive features may permit reactions, sharing or synchronised viewing. Do not upload, transmit or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful material. Watch Party may be unavailable until realtime infrastructure is enabled. You remain responsible for whom you invite and what you communicate.

7. Acceptable use

You must not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell or commercially exploit content; bypass encryption, digital-rights management, territorial controls or signed links; scrape the service; reverse engineer except where law permits; introduce malware; impersonate others; interfere with service operation; or use Flurzi to violate law or third-party rights.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, payments, rewards or service security, or where you materially breach these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a review route. You may stop using Flurzi and request account deletion at any time. Certain financial, security and reward records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.

9. Intellectual property and third-party services

Flurzi, its interface and supplied content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain owned by Flurzi or its licensors. Third-party services, including payment, metadata and realtime providers, may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove rights you have against us under applicable law.

10. Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, network conditions, licensing changes and events outside reasonable control can affect access. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects a paid membership.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flurzi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms. Any lawful cap or exclusion is subject to mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes, disputes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Please contact support@flurzicinema.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without depriving you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
